Description

A small easy accessible sand island, a short walk across the Kaipara Harbour at low tide. It's one of Auckland's best kept secret adventures. Pack a picnic and swimming gear and enjoy the white sand dunes and beaches on the island. Access to this Island is from Okahukura Road over a private farm track. Look for the DOC sign for 'Okahukura Conservation Area'
