Description
This is a basic 4-bunk hut located in Mavora Lakes Conservation Park in the Southland area. There are no fees. Bookings not required - first come, first served.
Facilities include heating, mattresses, non-flush toilets and water from a stream.
The rough track from the Mavora Lakes camping area to Forks Hut is suitable for mountain biking, but not recommended for 4WD vehicles.
