Description
This is a standard six-bunk hut in Tararua Forest Park, in the Wellington/Kapiti region. TFees apply. Bookings not required - first come, first served.
Facilities include heating, mattresses, non-flush toilets and water from a stream.
Mid Waiohine hut can be reached from Mt Holdsworth, turning off from the Mt Holdsworth-Jumbo Circuit.

Mt Holdsworth Road end: 67 hr
Jumbo Hut: 4 hr
Powell Hut: 3 hr
Aokaparangi Hut: 2 hr 30 min
